With over a decade of experience in property management, housing administration, and community services, Dayanara Negron is a dedicated leader passionate about providing tailored property solutions. As the founder of TrustUs Property Solutions, she leverages her expertise in affordable housing, tenant relations, and legal compliance to ensure seamless property management. Previously serving as a District Housing Manager at the Cambridge Housing Authority, she oversaw 1,000-1,500 housing units, managing occupancy, rent collection, and resident services. Her leadership roles as an Assistant Vice President of Property Management, Legal & Collections Manager, and Housing Manager have equipped her with the skills to optimize property performance and maintain strong tenant relationships. Holding an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Quinsigamond Community College, Dayanara is committed to helping property owners navigate real estate management with confidence and ease.
